Return & Refund Policy

At SureCrafts, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused and unworn

- In its original condition

- Returned with the original packaging and tags (where applicable)

- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Your EU & Irish Consumer Rights

If you purchased from SureCrafts.ie online, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period under Irish and EU consumer law. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the item within the required timeframe for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect:

- Personalised or custom-made products

- Gift cards

- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

- damaged,

- defective, or

- the wrong product,

contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Info@surecrafts.com with:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you wish to return

- The reason for the return (optional)

We'll provide return instructions before you send your package.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned items remain the sender's responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been returned, in line with EU consumer protection regulations 

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different colour or style, we recommend returning your original item (if eligible) and placing a new order to ensure the fastest service.
